Jazz Band trip to Big Band Holidays: Jazz at Lincoln Center

We are happy to announce a special opportunity for members of the jazz band and their parents. We have secured 55 seats to the Big Band Holidays: Jazz at Lincoln Center for Saturday, December 21, 2024.
Jazz band members and their parents (as chaperones) will have first priority (first come first serve) for available seats until September 20. On September 21 any remaining seats will be made available to members of the band and orchestra.
*All adults need to have their clearances and background checks on file before December 6, 2024
COST & INCLUSIONS
The cost is $134 per person student or parent. The cost includes travel via motorcoach to and from New York City, a ticket to the Big Band Holidays performance, dinner at Hard Rock Cafe, and all tips and gratuities.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- September 20 – A deposit of $34 per person is due.
- PLEASE NOTE; Once you make the deposit you have committed to the trip and are responsible for the full cost of the trip. NO REFUNDS!
- October 18 – 2nd Payment of $50 per person is due
- November 8 – 3rd Payment of $50 per person is due
ITINERARY – Saturday, December 21
- 11:00 a.m. Depart Nitschmann
- 1:30 p.m. Arrive at Jazz at Lincoln Center
- 2:00 p.m. Concert begins
- 4:00 p.m. Depart for Hard Rock Cafe Times Square
- 4:45 p.m. Dinner at Hard Rock Cafe
- 6:00 – 8:15 p.m. Free time in Times Square & Rockefeller Center
- 8:15 p.m. Meet at Bryant Park to depart for home
- 10:30 p.m. Arrive at home
