Great news – you no longer have to use a User ID and password to access your student’s program details! Instead, CutTime provides you with a ‘Magic Link’, which is a uniquely personalized hyperlink for you and very secure. You will receive a Welcome Message (sent to your mobile device phone number or email address we have on file for you). Once you receive the welcome message with your CutTime Magic Link, you will gain access to your Parent Portal Page, which is your gateway to announcements, events, account balances, volunteer opportunities, forms and questionnaires, and donation requests.
All of your Parent Portal information can easily be viewed on your mobile, tablet, laptop or desktop device. If you have more than one student enrolled in a CutTime powered fine arts program, you will see each of their names appear on your portal page and can tap/click on the one you wish to view. You can easily bookmark your personal Magic Link on any of your mobile phone, tablet, laptop or desktop devices for easy recall and reference – see how to do this here.
Your student will receive their own, uniquely personalized ‘Magic Link’ to access their information in the new CutTime. You don’t need to ‘share links’ – they are individualized.
PARENTS: Parents of 6th grade students will need to enter their child’s school (username@basdschools.org) email to their child’s contact status.

If You Are a Parent-Guardian:
Go to https://app.gocuttime.com/guardian/resend-magic-link to resend it to your phone/email on file.
If You Are a Student:
Go to https://app.gocuttime.com/student/r to resend it to your email/phone on file.
Hit ‘Stop’ and Opted Out of CutTime Magic Link Messages by Mistake?
No biggie, you can go back to your last message from CutTime and reply with ‘UNSTOP’ to resume the messages whenever you want.
